Horseshoe Meadows

Anyone know if the Horseshoe Meadows road is open?

Here's the number to call to get the straight skinny:

Inyo County Road Dept (Independence): (760) 878-0202

She (Twila) is at lunch at the moment but will be back in at 1 PM. She will then refer you to the gent that maintains that specific road.
