Stereotypes?

So they were handing around articles at work about productivity etc, and one of them was about the lack or breakdown of give-and-take conversations in the workplace. At the end of the article they button-holed several categories of people the article refers to as conversation "saboteurs" and how/why they ruin the dynamics of a conversation.

One of those categories they referred to as "Mountain Climber":

Types of Climbers

Bouldering: You climb without a rope near the ground on boulders or at the base of a cliff. You never climb farther than you are willing to fall. Falls are usually broken by use of a padded “crash” pad. Helps build finger strength and footwork.

Cerro Torre to be rap-bolted

After the Compressor Route bolting debacle last year, David Lama and Red Bull are going to rap-bolt Cerro Torre this year.

Your first lead fall...

Not your worst one or the one you had the other day, but your first one...how was it?

I took my first one a couple of weekends ago. I think taking your first lead fall at 41 is probably a little different than taking one at like 18 or 20. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm good though...easy landing=just a sprained ankle.

Vicious Bear Video
