Ski-pole on wood

by Basham » Fri Oct 05, 2018 5:16 pm

I'm going up-and-down a staircase to train, but the staircase is wood. I don't want to (and can't afford to) replace it. Is there something I can put on them to keep from destroying my staircase?
This might should be in "technique and training".

Carpet runner, not the plastic runners. Or use hospital socks with the grippy bottoms (unless you're wearing your hiking/climbing boots).
