Two Sherpa Widows to Climb Mount Everest

The widows of two Sherpa climbers, who died on Mount Everest, will try to climb the world’s highest mountain to complete the unfinished ascents of their husbands and hopefully inspire other single women.

Ex Police Officer to climb Mount Everest

Jamie Ironmonger from Gosport worked for Hampshire Police for more than 16 years but had to leave due to stress, depression and PTSD. He will be attempting to climb Mount Everest in April.

I agree with you!

If I was at the North side Base Camp and a load of motorbikes turned up I would be well pi**ed off.

China restricts number of Everest climbers

China is is to restrict the number of climbers attempting to scale Mount Everest from the north by up to one-third this year as part of a major clean up of the world’s highest peak.
