Experienced highpointer gonna solo Granite Sept 5-7, SW Colouir route, but I'd welcome a partner or partners.

I am busy Labor Day Weekend, but if you do happen to go a different weekend, I'd be interested.

I am interested in doing a summit attempt on Granite during this same time and would prefer to do this with a partner. I know this is coming up soon. Are you thinking a day trip to the top or multi-day with a high camp involved?

Hey Rick. The plan is to hike to Sky Top Basin on Saturday, Sept 5th. Hopefully summit and hike out Sunday. I have Monday as an extra day in case of weather.

I'm staying in Red Lodge Friday night, so hoping to be on the trail by 9am Saturday. Should put me at camp (about 10 miles) before 6pm.

I was going to hike in via Aero Lakes. I may hike out via Sky Top Creek, though that depends on the hike going in.
