I will be in Switzerland and France next week. Do you have any suggestions of peaks and routes that are looking good for this season. We are open to any type of route and will have gear to do most any route.

Any suggestions on places to stay in the Zermatt and Chamonix areas? Places to camp in the area?

I'm off to Chamonix/Zermatt next month. I dont know about current conditions but there is a good trip report on chamnix here on summit post from a couple of weeks ago.

Also check out cosleyhouston.com. Has great pics, grades and route descriptions.

..and another thought, some of the european contigent have started a wiki for mountains. Mainly focused on Switzerland at the moment. I cant recall the address off hand/ I am sure you can find it.

Hi Radson, I will be there next month and I am looking for a partner to do some routes in the area as well as Eiger and Jungfrau. Please send me a pm if you're interested.

Thanks.

Done. :)
