George Creek Conditions????

If anyone goes up George Creek in the eastern Sierra before April 28th, please report back on conditions. Thanks in advance.

This weekend, April 24-25, snow covered the north facing slopes (south side) of George Creek around 8000 ft. The snow was nearly continuous above 9000 ft. and fully continuous above 10,000 ft. The snow was melting quick, so there may be less when you get there.

There was lots of post holing, but the snowshoes were not worth it.
