Mts of East Central and SE Europe

The album is attached to the Carpathians. The area page with the same name is not needed at all, in fact it is not an area, either. The info should be taken over to the album page and the area should be gone. Obviously the mess is due to the fact that the author is new to SP. Does someone have time to explain him the problem? Me not...
