Tioga Pass - a number of places would work - east side of Mt. Dana, Mt. Conness - Northeast side, North Peak...

Don't know the current conditions, but there should be plenty of options visible from the road if you drive in from the south if there is a decent amount of snow as the rangers say. Just roadside somewhere, or could park at Lassen Peak and find a spot there.

go through the southwest entrance to the lassen peak trailhead.

the south facing slope you stare at would be good but there is a knob just west of the parking lot that has a steeper north facing slope that slightly cornices. maybe 200 tall. Should stay firm later in the day.

have fun and you should summit since you're already there.
