True. Which is why I prefer the High Sierra. Climbing in the Cascades can be pretty painful at times. Logistics, weather, approaches, descents, etc.

The High Sierra is for alpinists who are rock-climbers at heart. The Cascades are for alpinists who are ice climbers at heart.
