Planning a trip to Himalayan this spring to climb 2 peaks in the Annapurna Region, and Im looking for some great local contacts for a guide or sherpa (not sure if I/we need a guide or not)

you might check out these guys. I only did a 20 day trek, but they were very nice and Tamding Sherpa is a great guy.

It seems like they main focus is prearranged treks and not a customized as the one I'm setting up?

I'll assume you asked them, but otherwise––ask them––and I bet they'll work with you. I can't see any of these companies not being willing to work with what you want to do . . . good luck
