Looking for a multi-day course in WA. I was thinking about the Alpine Ascents 6 day course but I don't want to be climbing on Sunday so that is what has kept me from finding anything else as well. I think I've covered all the major schools in WA but maybe there's something I didn't look at, are there any courses that don't run on Sundays?

What kind of skills? Rock climbing? Glacier? Scrambling? Navigation? Are you asking for a generic course in mountaineering? (which is different from asking how to ice climb and other types of climbing)

If you can't find a course that doesn't run on Sunday, you could get a couple of friends together and hire a guide for a private training course. Chris Simmons and Kurt Hicks out of Pro Ski and Guiding in North Bend, WA are top notch.

As far as skills, I think I'd like to get glacier skills and also some basic alpine rock and ice climbing covered. I did look at Pro guiding and was thinking about talking to them because their schedule seems more flexible, nice to know that.
