Training and gear testing.

by philoparts » Tue May 08, 2012 2:09 am

Getting ready for a busy alpine season once I get some access into a few areas still covered in snow. In the meantime, revising and improving gear, and training locally around Corvallis to get my ass into shape!

Well, good luck on your next adventure. We were all excited newbies at one time! With time, as you gain experience, you'll gain confidence with yourself.

The last few years have been quite the learning experience as it is. This year is going to be even more intense. End of the month doing a few classes with Timberline Mountain Guides, next month doing a 5 day CMC rope rescue class.....and this is all before I really get to any of the climbs I want to do this year.
