Anyone thinking of taking a guided climb up Grossglockner in the second half of July? Me and my girlfriend are in zell am see 18th-25th, although my lady won't be climbing.

Hi nze, Another option is to contact one of the two main Climbing guide bureau's in the area. Follow this link:

There is a fair chance in July you can join other people up to Grossglockner that are in the same position as you are (Climbing alone). In that case you can split the costs as well. Just ask the bureau. I did the same thing in Saas Fee some time ago and it worked fine for me.
