I have July 15-19 free and will be in Sweden. I was thinking to either climb Kebnekaise in northern Sweden or to head to the Lofoten Islands in Norway and do some rock climbing. I was wondering if anybody has any information about these activities or any recommendations?? I have several mountaineering summits of 4000/5000+m peaks but am pretty much a noob to rock work...have been in gyms, but never the real deal. I would want to hire a guide or teacher if I went to Lofoten.
