The New Rab Infinity and Xenon

by Snowy » Thu Oct 21, 2010 5:15 pm

Checked out the new Rab Infinity (http://www.prolitegear.com/Infinity-jacket.html) and Xenon (http://www.prolitegear.com/xenon-jacket.html) jackets last week. The new Pertex Quantum 10d has a very nice feel, and both are cut nicely. I ended up purchasing a Xenon, and my large comes in just under 12 oz., which is pretty darn light for a hooded 60g/sq. m. synthetic jacket.
I've been pretty impressed with my Rab gear; curious what everyone else's experience has been with them?

I have the Rab neutrino endurance and Rab down suit. I really like my rab neutrino endurance. A fairly handy light down jakcet with waterproofing.

I like my neutrino endurance very much -- light, good fit, compressible, decent DWR and warm. I also recently picked up a momentum eVent jacket and climbed in it, really impressed. Also have some of their insulated gloves which are quite nice (given to me as a gift). Rab has really grown on me in the past year and a half or so.
Taaaake !
