It's good to know that my $20 summit pass pays for public roads, public toilets at the trailhead etc. I always thought it paid the salary of the people whose main job seems to be to make sure I paid my $20.

Maybe somebody can tell me why only climbers have to pay for the roads and toilets, while skiers, snow bunnies, and casual tourists get a free ride.
