Id also like to adopt the South Kaibab trail page and North Kaibab Trail page. They both have never been updated from the day they were created (August 5, 2002) Their actual owner has not been active on the site since September 11, 2014. Let me know what I have to do. Thank you.

Flag "Require this page" on the left of both the pages; since the owner results still active (yesterday he has done the "log in") send him an e-mail noticing that the page needs to be updated. If the owner won't update within a reasonable time, the pages will be yours.

Having done the climb this year I requested the Monte Zebru normal route page from ist actual owner on Sept. 02nd. Up to now no answer. The route has changed due to glacier retreat and so the page is not up to date. I can do some improvement to it.
Cheers, Michael

I see that you've already followed Silvia's suggestion and flagged the page. However, the owner of that page is still active. He last logged in on Sept 2, which may very well be only because of your message. Pity that he didn't reply yet, not even to reject your request if he wants to keep the page. For the time being, you can consider posting an Addition/Correction. Perhaps the owner reads it and decides do improve the page; even if he doesn't, then at least those that use the route description will have your information as well.

Cheers, Rob

Hi, I was interested in adopting the Ruapehu, NZ page. It hasn't been updated in a decade and is very short on detail. The owner hasn't logged in since 2007. I've climbed it twice now from different sides and would like to beef it out some. Thanks. http://www.summitpost.org/mount-ruapehu/153697

I would like to adopt this page. The originator is no longer active, and it has some approach directions that are no longer accurate.

I wonder if I could adopt this page. The mountain, which I climbed just yesterday, is one of the grandest if not the grandest within the confines of Poland, the page is very poor and its owner has been inactive for several years. For almost the same reasons, except that the pages are better than the mountain page, I'd like to own this route page, and be able to edit this one.

Agreed, you now have two of those pages and editing privileges of the other page. Enjoy. 8)

I'd like to adopt this page. It hasn't been touched since 2007 and is now out of date. It also doesn't do justice to what is actually a pretty nice peak rising straight off a fjord. I pm'd the owner asking if he would give me editing rights, and my message did reach him and cause him to log in for the first time in 2 years. But he never responded.

Oh that happened a few years ago by now. But couple years afterwards wasn't able to be as active but still try to help when I can.

It is hard to tell though. I can't even identify all the elves either.

I would like to adopt this page: http://www.summitpost.org/lyskamm-traverse-w-e/220120
The owner was not active since Jun 30, 2010. Having done this traverse this year I can improve the description of the traverse, I would add the Access routes which lack and I have some good pics as well to add.
Keep me informed, thanks, Michael
