Which local cell phone pre paid to get for Huaraz?

Looking into getting a peruvian pre paid sim card for the trip to Huaraz. Do you have any recommendation what local company has better coverage there?

On a separate note, does AT&T has coverage in Huaraz? (I do have a quad band phone).
