From my vantage point, here in the humble state of Arizona ... that looks like a "tortoise" to me! (You know ... the Tortoise and the Hare!) Where is the bear? Take care!!!

Everyone says that it looks like a tortoise. And it does. Lots of people who hike in Dolly Soods seem to find that rock and take photos of it.
