Looking behind us we could see Mount Baker glowing brightly, the entire night had been clear until now. To the left we could see a cloud head wall coming in which this view was striking yet very frightening at the same time. I wanted to take more time to capture the moment, but was on a precarious slope which capturing this photo required carefully turning around from my spot.
