"Sweeping lines of color" at ZION

Navajo sandstone's sweeping lines of contrasting color record the movements of ancient sand dunes ... in Utah's Zion National Park. On an unnamed mesa, Pinyon Pine and Utah Juniper contrast nicely with the rock. Photo taken in October 1992, scanned from 35mm photo.
