View of the Western Tatras from the South at sunset
View of the Western Tatras after a whiteout most of the day from Ďumbier (2043 m) in the Lower Tatras. This was followed by a perfect full moon night and clear skies, but next day gusts of wind were up to 110 km/h on the ridge. The peaks are from left to right: Salatín (2047 m), Pachol'a (2166 m), Baníkov (2178 m), Hrubá Kopa (2166 m), Tri Kopy (2154 m), Baranec (2184 m) and Hruby Vrch (2137 m). 27 February 2010
