Fiery Furnace, Arches

A trip through the Fiery Furnace means getting dirty on a fun, scrambling adventure, and you'll learn a lot too. This is one of the best activities you can do at Arches. You must get a reservation for a guided tour (highly recommended), or a permit to enter the Furnace on your own. Be advised that unguided people get lost and stranded in the Furnace and are routinely rescued. The Furnace is very complex, and defies accurate mapping.
