Fiery Furnace, Arches

If you have any doubts about the intracacy of the Fiery Furnace, this photo should lay the matter to rest. This is the Furnace as viewed from the beginning of your voyage into its maze-like realm. You must get a reservation for a guided tour (highly recommended), or a permit from the Visitor Center to enter the Furnace on your own. Be advised that unguided people get lost and stranded in the Furnace and are routinely rescued. The Furnace is very complex, and defies accurate mapping.
