gorgeousss Rodneiabsolutely phenomenal hiking area, one can feel as in the very heart of Carpathian range...I dodn't have too much luck this time with weather, maybe next time...stop surely next time !

Re: gorgeousss RodneiHi Peter! yeaH I am on my 3week holiday and visited among others Carpathians and Rodnei range planning to hike the whole ridge from east to the west, unfortunately after 3 bivouacs in the mountains(Rotunda and Lala Mica lake) I was forced to give up due to heavy rainfalls and go back home. Carpathian rivers went crazy, flood... Staying charmed by the area I just know I have to come back to Romania as soon as it's possible, maybe even we could manage that together someday.
