Dog?High Alps climbing dog! And over rocks above the hut you carried him in your rucksac. Or, is he a technical climber too?

Re: Dog?Hallo Vid,
really! Over the hut there was one short section (2 m), we assist a little bit, the remaining climb he could ascent alone. But he, no she is a real mountaineering dog, she has climbed dozens of mountains in the Berchtesgadener Alpen (among other Watzmann, Hundstod, Göll etc.). But sometimes we must climb without her "help" - unfortunately ;-)
Greetings Michael

Re: Dog?So, you inherited from W.A.B. Coolidge and his "Tschingel"...! Did your "Jessy" also climb 4000ers , like Tschingel..? :-)))

Re: Dog?Hi Claude!
Thanks for your notice. No - our Jessy's highest mountain was until now the Wiesbachhorn. But perhaps .... ? She has a lot of fun on our mountain hikes, but if it's very steep, she always must yowl and cry.
Here she is: http://www.summitpost.org/mountains/photo_link.pl/p/photo_id__112366__object_id__21277__type__user__mountain_id____route_id____user_id____order_by____limit__
Cheers Michael, Brigitte and Jessy

Re: Dog?Cool that she is able to go up there with you! Do you put her first in line when you are crossing glaciers?
