Perfect weather. When you reach the base of the first gully, go to the right, not up.
One of the best viewpoints around. From the base this looks like a very serious scramble but it actually turns out to be almost all class 2 and mostly a walkup. White Chuck is probably even worth of a repeat.
First time on this delightful scramble. Fires inhibited the views a bit, but neverthess, this is certainly a worthwhile trip -- not many like this so close to the trailhead -- and the view aspect on the approach (both driving and on the trail) is "I'm going up THAT!?"
Made it to the top on a beautiful warm day with awesome views! Went much quicker than I anticipated, so on the way back I stopped and jogged a couple miles up the Neiderprum trail on Whitehorse then bushwacked through devils club for a while and by some miracle actually found my digital camera that I had lost 4 months ago!!! It must have been buried under a few feet of snow. I doubt it works, but still can't believe I found it.
An enjoyable alpine scramble. Verglass at the summit made for an interesting experience.
