-->ND/CCW/W: This was the turnaround point for this hike. At this point, the NCT leaves the Hall Lake Trail and joins the Long Lake Trail (headed west) in Yankee Springs. The Hall Lake Trail continues straight ahead (in the counterclockwise direction) to (eventually) a trailhead off Gun Lake Road.
