	Hasn't voted	Was there in July 2003 (with bicycle and alone). Quite the experience for a young (19) dude like me, sitting together with Quechuas in an otherwise quite emptied-out, winterly-cold Ollagüe. Good times, good times. Wish I could go back sometimes. But some of the enthusiasm of the younger days is gone, and along with it some of the magic too. Glad I did it back then.
