one like this, in northern ireland...It's call Giant's Caseway or something like that, have you ever been there?

My pleasure. I've seen the pics of the place you are referring to, and yes, they also formed under similar geologic conditions. Unfortunately, I haven't been there yet. Pretty darn cool.
