| Took the Kinney Creek trail to St Louis Divide trail, up Bills, then out and back to Byers and another out and back to PT 12686 A. A windy day, seemed the wind was always in my face no matter which direction I was going, but luckily the temps were good. Great views in this area of the Gore and IPW! | |

| I went up Bills the day a bulldozer was rampaging through Granby nearby. Storms threatened all around from the time I left timberline. Yet directy west and overhead was an open alley of blue sky. I just told myself at the first boom of thunder I will turn and run. I never heard any thunder... but I did see lightining off towards Longs Peak. Sopris was along on this hike. Jon | |
