Looks like Vedawoo Wyo.

Next time you are on a road trip headed west on I80 Between Cheyene and Larime stop at Veedawoo state park looks alot like these rock formations. Besides it is a nice stop and break in the long road across Wyoming . Good luck in your adventures. From Jerry
