Cut Bank horses

A number of wild horses are known to inhabit the area around Mad Wolf Mountain. Along with elk and other large animals, they have helped create an extensive network of game trails that crisscross the landscape. We spotted this large group while descending Mad Wolf Mountain on a beautiful August day. August 10, 2014
