Emmons Crevasse

[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Emmons Crevasse
This crevasse emerged during our three nights at Emmons Flats. It was amazing to see how much the mountain changed due to the warm temps and the heavy rains that we experienced. July 2, 2008. Mt Rainier National Park.

Emmons Glacier! Not a real question.
In the mid 90s, when we did Liberty Ridge and came back down Emmons, the glacier was all white with fewer crevasses. I'm shocked!
