Even though you are still in the construction phase, this is a good page and no doubt will be even better when you get all your tweaking done. What a great looking area.

Good page and perfect pictures. I just asked the same from Scott - what kind of rock is this here. It looks like a heap of rubble and could be anything.

Geology is not one of my strong points (or even a weak one). I'm fairly certain that most of the Uinta rock is shale and quartzite, but that's about all I can tell you. There is a large variety of colors to be found - on the Explorer Peak ridge alone I saw dark gray, white, pink, and purple, as well as greenish soil.
