| Climbed as a sidetrip from Charlotte Lake. Tried to find the class 3. No success. But whatever I climbed was fun. Probably class 4. View from summit is amazing. Beautiful lakes all the way around. Climbed past some rap slings on the way down. | ||

| Don't think we found the elusive "class 3" route up, but it was a great climb! | ||

| Beautiful day, trying to day hike Clarence King but pooped out at the newly named "quitters meadow". Was the nicest alternative possible to not summiting Clarence King. We didn't use a rope, was a little exposed, but a rope is only necessary for piece of mind. | ||

| I'm pretty sure Bob suggested the rappel as a joke. He was laughing pretty damn hard. | ||

| Matthew and I set out early in the morning to attempt a dayhike of Clarence King. Failing that, we climbed Fin Dome as the consolation prize. Some of the hardest class 3 one can find in the Sierra, but an excellent route with great scrambling. Trip Report | ||
