Route Description
From the parking spot at about 7,400', start hiking north up Forest Road 99. After about one mile, you will reach the junction with Forest Road 102 at 7,935'. There is a
sign here that marks the junction. Forest Road 102 leads to the summit. Turn left, and hike two miles up to the summit. You'll pass by some burned-out areas on the way to the top.
Hiking Distance: About 6 miles round trip.
Elevation Gain: About 1,100'.
