Glacier Peak from the north...

Glacier Peak from the north (from Sahale Peak on July 29, 2000). Featured glaciers on the volcano are (L to R): Chocolate, North Guardian, Dusty, Ermine, Kennedy, Vista, and Ptarmigan (lower right). The ridge line immediately in front of Glacier is represented by "One-Eyed Bull" (Pt 8102) on the left, Spire Point (NE, Main, and West peaks) at center, and Marmot Head at right. The Dana Glacier mantles the NE side of that ridge. In the foreground is the East Ridge of Mt. Formidable.
