I've hard about this - did not realize that this part of Canada looks like OR Cascades!

Yeah, but these logging roads sure do help out peakbagger access. One will surely help you out for Slesse when you do it.

Canadian Border Peak could probably be done in 4 hours r.t. from one of the high roads pictured above (if you can drive these roads, else add time for biking them.)

You're probably

looking west, so the right hand side is Canada.
