| Hiked up to where the trail ended . . . There were a couple of cairns, and we had a great view of Allen Peak. The trail was mostly packed snow, but not too much ice. A great day! | |

| I made it to this summit out of curiosity. The limestone cliffs on its west face have a few routes and the rock is sharp. I also found a cave in the area which I think may have been a mountain lion den. | |
