Satan's SEE- SAW

"To everything, (turn, turn, turn) There is a season. And a TIME for every purpose, under heaven. A time to build up, a time to break down - A time to DANCE, a time to MOURN; A time to cast away stones, a time to GATHER stones together..." Pete Seeger (1962) As I look out my window in Payson, Arizona, the blue sky is turning white from the fires burning in California. Several miles to the east, the granite boulders of the 'Stewart Pocket Climbing Area' are undergoing remarkable changes. Here, we see a unique formation I refer to as Satan's See-Saw. In the heat of AZ's UNFORGIVING summertime sun, these rocks become hot enough to fry an egg on. Would some of you folks like bacon and OJ with that ??? Photo taken inside central AZ's Stewart Pocket area: Back on May 18, 2008 - when the air temperature was still 90+ degrees (F)!!
