Hots on for Nowhere

Hots on for Nowhere

"So (I) looked round to hitch up the reindeer .. Searching hard trying to brighten the day. I turned around to look for the snowman, To my surprise he'd melted away. As the moon and the stars call the order, Inside my tides dance the ebb and sway .. The sun in my soul's sinking lower, While the hope in my hands turns to CLAY ..." A rare storm turns Arizona's Munds Mountain into a freakish wonderland. December 14, 2011

gorgeous scenery

presented here in the best possible way, as usual!

love that desert looking red rocks contrasting with fresh snowfall on the cliffs in the background.

Re: gorgeous scenery

Thanks, but I'm still having trouble adjusting
the focus on my camera. I'll remember to use
my tripod next time, and see what happens.

There's nothing like fresh snow to brighten up
a dull sunny day in central Arizona!

From one Zep fan...

...to another-nice pic!

BTW, "Presence" is one of LZ's most under appreciated albums, IMO.

Re: From one Zep fan...

Right on, Mister Tim ..

Everybody dug Physical Graffiti so much that it completely over-shadowed "Presence," released the following year.

"Presence" was recorded in 18 days in Germany, while Robert Plant was recouping
from an auto accident in a wheelchair.

Just a bit of solid rock trivia for ya, Tim !

Re: From one Zep fan...

I didn't know that about Plant's accident.
Interesting stuff, Larry.

Re: From one Zep fan...

That's okay, and no worries!

In my spare time, I like to surf the web in
search of very cool stuff that has nothing to
do with mountains, except for the fact it was
Zeppelin who came out with "Misty Mountain Hop" and "Stairway to Heaven" that used to sound pretty awesome in my 8-track tape player !!!

And, let's not forget "Trampled Under Foot!"
