Icelandic Horses
We regret not riding the Icelandic horses while we were there - they are the only breed left in the world with the "fourth gait", or the "trolf gait", which is when they always have 1 hoof on the ground, and are not quite running, but close. It is supposed to be the smoothest of all the gaits.
