Enjoyable hike without much difficulty. Trail is marked and obvious nearly all the way to the top. 3 miles round trip from 7 Bridges parking area.

Via Seven Bridges Trail
Not much left of Winter. Trail was dry with no snow left (at least not ON the trail). There is now a pronounced trail the entire way from the saddle just west of the peak.
Going down the south face, is a blast. 1000'of soft scree!

South Side Scramble
During the hike up the seven bridges trail Jason and I decided to go straight for the summit where the trail opens up into a sandy area. It was very steep and sandy at first, but gradually more boulders and trees began to appear. We passed around the summit cliff to the west and then to the summit. We had noodles for lunch on top and then returned via the Buckhorn to the east. Esay to stay on the ridge. 4 1/2 hours round trip. Snowed most of the time.

The loop with snow
Up the west ridge (from the seven bridges trail) and down the east ridge. A mild, partly sunny winter day with little wind. Only postholed a little near the top. This actually must be at least my 8th or 9th climb of this mountain.
