Lands End & The Henry Mtns

Lands End & The Henry Mtns

If I have a love affair with a mountain range, it the Henry's in southern Utah. A trip in May last year allowed me to finish up the last three of the five major peaks and behind me are three of the peaks that Andy and I hiked in the past few days. Mt. Ellsworth (barely seen here) at the left, with Mt. Holmes just to the right and then Mt. Hillers and Mt. Pennell to the right of me. That is looking westerly while this pic shows what it looks like in an easterly direction. Another view a bit more to the northeast and the La Sals. Good grief, pic of the day? I think I would have preferred one without me in the shot. : )

Look at you!

Sullying up the scenery!
Just kidding.
Glad you could put those peaks to rest. Happy New Year Dean!
