It is also possible to found it in areas around border with Montenegro.
But this flower as symbol of Middle age Bosnian kingdom is pretty much more connected with Bosnia (Latin name of this flower also say that)... :)

The shield on the flag was actually reconstruction of the old symbol of Bosnian kings. Blue surface with white stripe and 6 Bosnian Lillies.

Nice photoLooks like the leopard lilies that grow in the Sierra Nevada in California. They smell wonderful!

It is very possible that there are some similar ones like this one.
This one is very typical for middle Balkan peninsula.
