| I spent the night at White Pine Lake and then climbed Gog (Southwest ridge). I then went back down to the saddle (between Gog and Bullen Hole) and up Bullen Hole. After that I followed the long ridge/divide over to Pika Peak. I then went back to White Pine Lake and hiked out. | |

| Gog and Magog area is a gem of Northern Utah. Descended to the lake. Lake to trailhead done in the dark due to not bringing a headlamp. | |

| Hiked up from the basin on the northwest foot of the mountain to the west ridge, which I followed to the top. Neat summit with a odd rock cube on top. Found Eric's register he put on top just a few days eariler. Odd there wasn't an older one already there. This was the end of a Naomi to Bullen Hole to Pika to Gog hike. Got back to the trailhead in the dark. | |

| I climbed Mount Gog the day before the first snow of the year. The fall colors were pretty as always. The southwest ridge is a nice route that has great views of White Pine Lake and the high peaks of the Bear River Range. It was very windy on the summit because a storm was moving in. There was no one else climbing mountains in the whole area. | |
