Hi Marco, Thanks for your endorsement. This has always seemed an interesting mountain to me.

Hi, Glad you liked the page. I wish I could get over there and climb it. Looks as if you still have lots to do in the San Juans.

A very impressive picture.

Too bad writing for summitpost won't pay my bills, or I would have left no mountain untouched!

Your support especially your photos and comments on the mountain are appreciated by me.

I thought it was brazen of me just looking at a map on the ordnance survey.com and rummaging around to find what I could. I have no background in the Gaelic names. I am incorporating your suggestions. Thanks again.

In Scotland they say things like: Bee a maan, laddie, go n doo it (meaning go climb yonder mountain) My son lived in Scotland for a few years and loves it. Things like haagis and fried Mars bars he really misses. BTW, very nice page (as usual)

Thanks for checking ti out. Paul K. seems interested

in the highlands too. Appreciate your vote and hope your roof climbing adventures went fine. I just saw this free picture and decided to develop the page around it. My mom read us Stevenson's "Kidnapped" when we were small- I remember something about Rannoch Moor from the story but I guess that is east of Buchaille Etive Mor( don't trust my spelling of Gaelic)
