Rudawy are small, however, they offer nice hiking, rocky climbing, and beautiful autumn panoramas.

This small forested mountainous range is almost perpendicular to Karkonosze Mts. in their eastern part. Many very steep and elevated rocks are in the northern half of Rudawy, e. g. Sokoliki, where, between others, Jerzy Kukuczka and Wanda Rutkiewicz did first steps in climbing. The highest rocky mountain, Skalnik 945 m asl, offers wide panoramas.

I am preparing the Areas&Ranges page for these mountains
